When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If after you opt-in you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent to marketing communications. Marketing will be terminated and any data specifically used for marketing purposes alone will be deleted.

You may opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link on our newsletter emails or contacting us at info@mahoneysupplements.com.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if necessary to fulfil our obligations under our agreement with you — for example, providing your address to the courier to deliver your purchases.

SECTION 4 – E-COMMERCE PLATFORM

Our store is hosted on Shopify’s platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce system that allows you to buy our products and use our services.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and application infrastructure. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payments on our website are processed through secure checkout pages using trusted third-party payment service providers (e.g. credit card processors).

Shopify is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide — for example, couriers to deliver your purchases.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we must provide for your purchase-related transactions.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you proceed with a transaction that involves their services, your information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We follow all PCI-DSS Level 1 requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 – COOKIES

Cookies are not programs and cannot read other information saved on your hard drive or be used to spread viruses.

Most online retailers use cookies. Mahoney Supplements uses cookies to recognise returning customers so you don’t need to re-enter certain information every time you shop.

We do not use cookies to store credit card numbers, address information, or any other personal data.

You may delete cookies, but doing so may remove preferences or make your browsing experience less personalised. You can enable or disable cookies in your web browser.

SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

If we make material changes, we will notify you so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so we can continue to sell products to you.
